Haier
Haier, the multinational company, held its annual event in Budapest, bringing together participants from across Europe. The primary objective of the conference was to present this year’s innovations and to discuss the company’s plans and strategic goals for the coming years. The professional program was complemented by two inspiring workshops on the first day of the event.

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!

BUD
The Routes events unite senior decision-makers from airlines, airports, destinations and aviation stakeholders to redefine the future of air connectivity. The event is held every year on several continents. Budapest Airport also participates in this exhibition every year. Every year during the event, they will appear with their own booth, the aim of which is to create a platform that is suitable for networking, conducting negotiations, and conveying messages, with an unconventional, elegant design that conveys the company’s communication messages. Accordingly, in the past 4 years, our company has been responsible for the appearance of Budapest Airport, during which the installation and recycling of elements of the previous stands also played a major role. In addition to the design of the stand, we also took care of various activities, logistics and implementation.

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!

Job seeking can also be an experience
We were in charge of the exhibit of Knorr-Bremse, the world-leading railway brake and on-board system manufacturer at the 20th HVG Job Fair.
As Knorr-Bremse’s key to success is the outstanding local professionals working in the Hungarian development and manufacturing center, it was key for us to get the attention of fresh IT and engineering graduates.
We communicated the corporation’s main benefit the target group, which are the complex, challenging working processes. Engineers at Knorr-Bremse don’t only perform subtasks, they participate in the development and manufacturing working process from design to implementation. The booth led the visitors to the world of railways and provided them with an interactive experience: using the stations we set up, we guided them through the entire working process. We demonstrated the products and the work of the company through extremely spectacular, high-tech i-Reality solutions.
Out of the 219 exhibitors, Knorr-Bremse’s booth won first place at Stand by Me! and silver at HRKOMM AWARD.

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!

A pavilion that made an impression on every level
We created a unique Hungarian pavilion that made an impression on every level at the ICT Proposers’ Day in Budapest, one of the most important international research and development partner conferences of the EU.
Even though it would normally require a week, we had to build the booth in as quickly as three days. The booth featured lighting elements, an LED wall and irregular terracing which we created using container bases and custom-made elements. In addition to the interactive features and eye-catching design, the key considerations were openness and convenience.
Featuring a Mould-breaking design, a comfortable and practical interior, and a high-tech exterior, the two-level, 250 m2 booth met all needs of the business, academic and research community, and it also provided interactive demonstrations of several startup innovations to thousands of visitors at the event.

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!

Responsibility in a playful way
We organized entertaining activities for the family day of the world-leading railway brake and on-board system manufacturer to convey and share the company’s values and communicate the importance of environmental awareness.
The theme of the one-day event – where we shared educational messages – revolved around the company’s local care program. 2000 visitors were present at the event including children and grandparents, who got to try out a multitude of activities.
The “on the right path to social responsibility” set of activities included health awareness, environmental awareness and environmental and water conservation, as well as activities related to supporting disadvantaged people. Our goal was to present the aforementioned themes in an easily accessible form for the visitors.
In addition to being fun, the set of activities we came up with presented the company’s corporate social responsibility in a playful way and managed to draw people’s attention to what we can do to protect our health and the environment and improve the local and wider community.

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!

We created and organized a gala event with LOT polish airlines.
The company decided to organize a gala launch event to celebrate the opening of their direct flights from Budapest to New York and Chicago.
The concept we came up with for the event was supported by visual elements that represented the two new destinations, New York and Chicago, and this was further enhanced by the American-themed activities. The spectacular view of the Marriot Budapest hotel underlined the main message that “the United States of America is closer to Budapest than you’d think”. The look of the venue and a pre-communication package helped to boost the popularity of the event.
