Haier Annual Partner Conference

Haier

Haier, the multinational company, held its annual event in Budapest, bringing together participants from across Europe. The primary objective of the conference was to present this year’s innovations and to discuss the company’s plans and strategic goals for the coming years. The professional program was complemented by two inspiring workshops on the first day of the event.

Budapest Airport Routes stand

BUD

The Routes events unite senior decision-makers from airlines, airports, destinations and aviation stakeholders to redefine the future of air connectivity. The event is held every year on several continents. Budapest Airport also participates in this exhibition every year. Every year during the event, they will appear with their own booth, the aim of which is to create a platform that is suitable for networking, conducting negotiations, and conveying messages, with an unconventional, elegant design that conveys the company’s communication messages. Accordingly, in the past 4 years, our company has been responsible for the appearance of Budapest Airport, during which the installation and recycling of elements of the previous stands also played a major role. In addition to the design of the stand, we also took care of various activities, logistics and implementation.

ISH trade show

More than simply displaying

We designed the booth of Wamsler SE, Hungary’s largest manufacturer of household baking, cooking and heating appliances at the ISH trade show in Frankfurt, the most important construction industry trade show for bathroom accessories, energy and air conditioning – all in the world’s third largest exhibition space.

We put together a suitably large booth for the event, that was able to combine the past and future to achieve much more than simply displaying the company’s product portfolio. It also featured a meeting area and show kitchen, to showcase a multitude of products. The illuminated outside walls presented the history of the company – who holds a Design Management Award and a Hungarian Product Design Award – on one side and the company’s experts on the other, while the corner elements were based on the housing of the radiators.

Fibo exhibition

Truly one-of-a-kind

We created an outstanding installation with LightTech, Hungarian lighting technology specialist at the world’s largest fitness, wellness and health development trade show, that has featured tanning technology for years.

We built a truly one-of-a-kind installation: fluorescent tubes and neon signs into the stand’s high-tech museum environment to once again create an exclusive and updated appearance. The booths  striking, elegant design contrasted fluorescent tubes with black elements to create a space suitable for meetings and it was fitted with its own kitchen.

Exhibit at the HVG Job Fair

Job seeking can also be an experience

We were in charge of the exhibit of Knorr-Bremse, the world-leading railway brake and on-board system manufacturer at the 20th HVG Job Fair.

As Knorr-Bremse’s key to success is the outstanding local professionals working in the Hungarian development and manufacturing center, it was key for us to get the attention of fresh IT and engineering graduates.

We communicated the corporation’s main benefit the target group, which are the complex, challenging working processes. Engineers at Knorr-Bremse don’t only perform subtasks, they participate in the development and manufacturing working process from design to implementation. The booth led the visitors to the world of railways and provided them with an interactive experience: using the stations we set up, we guided them through the entire working process. We demonstrated the products and the work of the company through extremely spectacular, high-tech i-Reality solutions.

Out of the 219 exhibitors, Knorr-Bremse’s booth won first place at Stand by Me! and silver at HRKOMM AWARD.

ICT Proposers’ Day

A pavilion that made an impression on every level

We created a unique Hungarian pavilion that made an impression on every level at the ICT Proposers’ Day in Budapest, one of the most important international research and development partner conferences of the EU.

Even though it would normally require a week, we had to build the booth in as quickly as three days. The booth featured lighting elements, an LED wall and irregular terracing which we created using container bases and custom-made elements. In addition to the interactive features and eye-catching design, the key considerations were openness and convenience.

Featuring a Mould-breaking design, a comfortable and practical interior, and a high-tech exterior, the two-level, 250 m2 booth met all needs of the business, academic and research community, and it also provided interactive demonstrations of several startup innovations to thousands of visitors at the event.

Expo in agriculture

Healthy crops and green areas

We created and designed a special booth with Genezis, one of Hungary’s most significant meeting places for those involved in Hungarian agriculture.

We designed and built a spacious booth for the inside of the hall that symbolically demonstrated the healthy crops alongside the company’s products while aligning with the company’s corporate identity on every level. The smaller outside unit also featured a shaded open-air meeting area.

Thanks to the custom-designed LOFT furniture, the multi-functional 128 m2 stand complete with plenty of green areas functioned well as a meeting and business space. This was complemented by a larger outdoor area designed primarily to promote the brand’s image, but it was also suitable for exhibiting products.

B2B Meet Up series

Question the ordinary

We created special meet up series, sponsored by Epson, leading provider of innovative business solutions.

Think Green B2B Meet Up series targeting conscious leaders who know for a fact that the companies of the future are eco-friendly, who question the ordinary but outdated solutions, and who are open to learn new things and co-thinking to incorporate new, greener alternatives into their corporate culture.

It is a truly outstanding, groundbreaking environment protection focused B2B campaign in Hungary, by which we created a new communication platform for well-known industry experts and professionalists.

International building trade exhibition

In harmony with sustainability

We delivered the company’s exhibit at the most prestigious construction industry trade fair in Budapest, Hungary.

The booth was intended to showcase the company’s new-generation technical and business solutions, build awareness and support sales.

We developed a unique, dynamic designer booth which Berger Házak then built themselves using cutting edge, innovative technologies to provide visitors with a unique branding solution. The booth was the first in Hungary to use a new material (CLT) in compliance with the company’s values of sustainability. It was augmented with digital solutions and on-site activities to attract visitors including a visualization of structural elements, an AR tour and a prize game which visitors could enter by signing up on a tablet. We also organized a news conference, held industry meetings and provided a place for negotiations.

Symposium

We created the leading tech conference of the region with T-Systems.

The goal of Symposium is to give an answer to one of the most current questions: how will economy and society be able to keep up and transform with technology and steer evolution? The participants, including economic and innovation policy decision makers, acknowledged Hungarian technology experts, as well as prominent members of the info-communications field had a chance to draw inspiration from professional lectures and spectacular demonstrations.

We developed an event concept for the conference, created the stage design and artistic concept, and supported the event with integrated communication. To create a worthy framework for the event, we projected content in the plenary hall using a unique black canvas which was 10 meters wider than the world record holder IMAX cinema. We produced creative concepts for around a dozen unique tech demos in the exhibition hall.

One of the conference’s highlights, the FutureSpace showcased T-System’s digital solutions through real-life devices.
